Overview of transport options

• Delivery to the address - you will see the price for your country after you choose your country at the checkout

Shipping is free for orders over 100 EUR. We recommend creating an account to get permanent free shipping. Regular customers have free shipping with no minimum order amount.

Card payment online

• After sending the order, you will be redirected to the pages of the payment gateway ComGate Payments, a.s.
• All payment data and your payment card are transmitted via a secure route and VitasLife as a merchant has no access to them.
• In addition, all information is transmitted encrypted.
• You choose the online payment method on the page. In particular, the following methods are available:
  • Card payments - we accept VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro payment cards.
  • Apple Pay - it is possible to pay using Apple Pay at the payment gateway. The service is displayed to users of Apple devices with the Safari browser.
  • Google Pay - the payment gateway also supports Google Pay, i.e. payment with a card stored in Google Wallet.
  • Bank transfers – the payment gateway enables online bank transfers of all major banks in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, a total of around 50 banking houses. The customer can also choose to pay using a QR code.
• After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the e-shop and a thank you page for your purchase will be displayed.
• You will also be informed about the status of payment processing at the specified e-mail address.
