RAW Linden Blossom Honey – Raw Honey from Slovakia

Raw linden honey from bees that live in tune with their natural rhythm. At harvest, we only take as much honey as the bees can spare, so they always keep enough of their own stores. That is why we never need to feed them sugar. We care for our colonies using only natural herbal preparations.

Linden honey is light in colour, with the fresh, slightly minty aroma of linden blossoms. Its taste is distinctive, with a characteristic gentle bitter finish. The honey is neither heated nor filtered, so it keeps its natural character.

Over time, it crystallises naturally, which is a sign of genuine, unprocessed honey. To make it liquid again, warm the jar gently in a water bath at up to 40 °C.
