VitaAdvisor terms of use (free version)

1. Operator. VitaAdvisor (VitaRádce) is operated by VitasLife s.r.o., Company ID 07928777, registered office at Kubelikova 1224/42, Zizkov, 130 00 Prague Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 310045, e-mail info@vitaslife.store.

2. What VitaAdvisor is. An online advisor in the form of a chat about sleep, food, movement, daily rhythm and food supplements. The answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and are not individually checked by a person.

3. Free scope. You can ask 5 questions free of charge, even without registration. Calculating the energy profile does not add any questions. We may change the scope of the free version and the service may be temporarily unavailable.

4. Age. VitaAdvisor is intended for persons over 18 years of age.

5. Not a health service. The answers are for information and inspiration. They do not make a diagnosis and do not replace a doctor or pharmacist. Anyone who takes medication, is pregnant, breastfeeding or has health problems should consult a doctor before changing their diet or exercise or taking supplements. If life or health is at risk, call 155 or 112.

6. The energy profile is based on the traditional Chinese system of five elements (BaZi). The calculation is mathematical; the interpretation is traditional and not scientifically verified. Recommendations describe tendencies, not predictions.

7. AI answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important decisions, especially about health, with a professional.

8. Products. If the advisor mentions a product, it is exclusively a product from the VitasLife range, not an independent market comparison. Using the advisor does not require a purchase; purchases are governed by the e-shop terms and conditions.

9. Rules. Enter another person’s data (e.g. a partner’s date of birth) only with their consent. It is forbidden to circumvent limits, download content automatically, try to obtain the advisor’s settings or enter unlawful content. In case of a breach we may restrict access.

10. Liability. The user is responsible for decisions made on the basis of the answers, unless the harm was caused by a breach of our obligations. This does not affect our liability for harm caused intentionally, by gross negligence or to health.

11. We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and its VitaAdvisor addendum.

12. A paid version is being prepared. It will be governed by separate terms and conditions, which we will publish before it is launched.

13. Disputes. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). These terms are governed by Czech law; consumers do not lose the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
