General Terms and Conditions of VitasLife, s.r.o.

VitasLife, s.r.o., Company ID: 07928777, registered office at Kubelíkova 1224/42, Prague 3, 130 00 registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 310045 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rights and obligations between VitasLife, s.r.o. and its customers (Buyers) when purchasing goods through the online store www.vitaslife.store.

1. Preamble

These GTC are issued in accordance with the legal system of the Czech Republic and apply to all contractual relationships concluded through the online store. By confirming the order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these GTC.

The Buyer is properly informed of these GTC prior to placing an order and has the opportunity to review them.

2. Definitions

Seller: VitasLife, s.r.o. Buyer: A consumer or a business entity.

Consumer – a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activity when concluding a contract with the Seller. Entrepreneur (Business Entity) – a person acting within the scope of their business activity.

Legal relationships not expressly governed by these GTC shall be governed by the relevant provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended.

3. Subject of the Contract

The Seller sells food supplements, food products, and other goods intended to support a healthy lifestyle. These products are not medicinal products and are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet.

4. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are provided in a separate document titled Privacy Policy, available on the website.

The Buyer agrees to receive commercial communications, which may be unsubscribed from at any time. Cookies are used solely to ensure the functionality of the e-shop and to analyze website traffic.

5. Orders and Contract Conclusion

A purchase contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order and the Seller confirms it by e-mail. The concluded contract is archived for two years and may be made available to the Buyer upon request.

6. Price and Payment Terms

All product prices are listed including VAT and are valid at the time of placing the order. The Buyer may pay for the goods by:

• cash on delivery,
• online payment via the Comgate payment gateway,
• bank transfer.

The tax document also serves as a delivery note. The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

7. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered via Zásilkovna (Packeta) or another carrier. The standard delivery period is 1–7 working days after order confirmation or payment receipt. The Buyer will receive an e-mail confirmation once the shipment has been dispatched, including an invoice.

8. Warranty and Liability

The warranty period is 24 months, or until the minimum shelf life date stated on the packaging for food and dietary supplements. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use or storage.

9. Complaints and Returns

Complaints must be submitted in writing or electronically. In the case of a justified complaint, the Buyer has the right to:

• exchange the goods,
• repair the defect,
• receive an appropriate discount, or
• withdraw from the contract.

10. Withdrawal from the Contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. A model withdrawal form is available on the website.

The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons after opening.

11. Dispute Resolution

The Buyer – consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz). All legal relationships shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The competent court for dispute resolution is the Municipal Court in Prague.

12. Health Claims and Information Disclaimer

All information provided on the VitasLife.store website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. VitasLife products are food supplements, not medicinal products. The effects of the products may vary depending on individual conditions and predispositions.

13. Online Test VitasLife

The VitasLife Online Test, available on www.vitaslife.store, serves solely informational purposes. Its goal is to help users better understand their body’s needs and recommend suitable VitasLife products.

The test results:

• are not a medical diagnosis,
• do not replace medical examination,
• are based on user-provided answers and have no scientific or diagnostic validity.

Recommended products cannot be considered medicines. In case of health issues, users should always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Personal data entered into the test are processed in accordance with GDPR and used exclusively to provide the test results.

By using the test, the user confirms that they have read this notice, understand its informational purpose, and agree to its terms of use.

14. Final Provisions

These GTC take effect on 1 May 2023. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time. The updated version will always be published on the company’s website.
