When we delete data
- If you send no message for 30 days without logging in, we automatically delete the conversation and the profile calculated in the chat.
- After you withdraw consent to the processing of health data, we delete the conversations within 30 days at the latest. The chat can be used again only after a new consent.
- After you withdraw consent to the profile, we delete the birth data and the calculated profile.
- The artificial intelligence provider deletes the messages it receives automatically within 30 days; content assessed as a breach of its rules may be kept for up to 2 years.
You can withdraw consent with the “Withdraw consent” link below the chat or by e-mail to info@vitaslife.store. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.
